Josh Diggs is the Broker & Owner of Palm Realty. Josh is an experienced real estate professional who has an extensive background in residential and commercial real estate. His professionalism, expertise, integrity, and dedication to his clients has enabled him to provide a high level of service and negotiate successful transactions.
Born and raised in Kansas, Josh graduated from the University of Kansas with a Degree in Finance. Josh started his real estate career as a project manager for a home builder and developer before moving to Tampa Bay in 2007 to work in office and retail development. Josh is an avid real estate investor and actively invests in commercial and residential properties.
With every client that Josh works with, his objective is to negotiate every real estate transaction as if it were his very own home being bought or sold. Josh is an active supporter of the Tampa Bay Humane Society and enjoys spending time with his wife and three dogs.
Rachael has a passion for real estate that is unparalleled. A professional in residential sales, real estate investing and property management, she treats every transaction as if it were her own and is a true advocate for every client.
A former teacher and Teach for America alumni, Rachael is dedicated to giving back to the community, She routinely volunteers her time in schools throughout Tampa Bay. The most rewarding aspect of her profession is helping teachers achieve the dream of home ownership. She is also very involved in her local church and The Priceless Journey, a local charity that supports victims of human trafficking.
Rachael's husband (Rich) is an educator. They live happily in Wesley Chapel with their daughter (Madigan) and 3 dogs.
Jacquelyn “Jacqui” Peek Gidel is a Tampa native and experienced real estate professional specializing in both commercial and residential transactions.
Prior to joining Palm Realty in 2017, Jacqui worked in South Florida as a commercial real estate broker for Atlantic Retail Properties and RAM Realty Services. Due in large part to her existing relationships with commercial landlords Sleiman Enterprises, Bluett Associates, Kimco Realty, AIG and Divaris Realty (among others), Jacqui assisted in brokering more than a million square feet of lease transactions to various local, regional and national retail tenants – such as Dollar Tree, LA Fitness, Marshalls, Chick-Fil-A, Save-a-Lot and AutoZone – as well as the successful disposition of excess real estate holdings for TD Bank and Lowe’s Home Improvement. Jacqui has also represented commercial landlords in connection with their ownership of shopping centers and/or single-tenant and multi-tenant developments.
Since returning to Tampa, Jacqui’s primary professional focus has been providing consultation to commercial real estate developers and investors, as well as representing buyers on residential real estate transactions. In her spare time, Jacqui enjoys spending time with her family.
Erin loves supporting her clients during one of life's craziest times and turning the task of buying or selling a home into a memorable adventure. While contracts and timelines are a priority, her clients know that she is sensitive to their unique goals and situations. Building and enhancing relationships is Erin's priority.
Erin’s previous work experience in healthcare, property management, and design/construction has allowed Erin to develop the skills necessary to lead her clients to a successful experience.
Born and raised in the Midwest, Erin relocated to Southwest Florida and over 20 years ago. The community she lives in is a better place because of her church involvement and passion for organizations such as Pregnancy Solutions. Erin enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan, their two daughters and all of the fun and sun Southwest Florida affords
